Sales and Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Being responsible for sales of products within a designated market in accordance with strategy

• Focuses mainly on Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Mining and Palm Oil processing industry and Utility sector etc.

• Building long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues.

• Selling products to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups.

• Ensuring efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers.

• Managing administrative procedures in sales processes, supports collection and project management activities when needed.

• Ensuring appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions

• Activities includes Sales Support, Quotation Support, Product Familiarization, Customer Application Familiarization, Account Management, Exhibition and Seminar participation, Customer Presentations, Customer Relationship Management, etc.

Requirements:

• More than 1 years of sales experience in the similar industry

• A Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Instrumentation/Telecommunication)

• Industrial Telecommunication and electrical experience and knowledge

• Demonstrate excellent sales and presentation skills

• Familiar with sales reporting, market analysis from different sources / media.
