manufacturer of optometry and ophthalmic instruments, including auto-refractometers,

biometry systems, tonometers, fundus cameras, phoropters, and lens edgers. We operate

three R&D centers (Shanghai, Suzhou, Yingtan) with experts from the Chinese Academy

of Sciences. The company is a Shanghai High-Tech Enterprise, holding multiple awards and leading major instrument R&D projects.

Responsibilities

Install, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot company equipment at client sites.

Conduct routine checks and provide technical support.

Handle after-sales issues via on-site or remote service.

Provide user training and basic local marketing (optional, with commission).

Submit service reports and share market/product feedback.

Requirements

Language: Fluent English (written & spoken); Chinese preferred.

Background: Electronics, electrical, mechanical, optical, or medical equipment fields.

Experience: Equipment maintenance or after-sales service; experience with Nidek,

Topcon, Huvitz, Essilor,PT. MATA KARYA,OPTIK TUNGGALdevices is a plus.

Qualities: Responsible, detail-oriented, good communication, customer-focused; able to

work independently and live in Jakarta or Manila.
