PT Alam Anugerah Lestari (Arsari Group) is currently seeking a Sales and Partnership besed in Bali to join our team!
Job Description:
- Generate new leads and business opportunities in premium markets, both B2B and B2C.
- Pitch and sell premium edible bird's nest products to wellness boutiques, luxury health distributors, hotels, spas, and overseas retailers.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and margin goals.
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with brand partners, key accounts, and export buyers.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements that enhance brand equity and expand market presence.
- Represent the brand with deep understanding of product benefits, certifications (halal, BPOM, GACC, etc.), and premium storytelling.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align product messaging and promotional strategies.
- Provide insights to improve packaging, product presentation, and customer experience.
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with trends in the luxury wellness, health food, or FMCG space.
- Daily sales report.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields.
- 35 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in luxury/FMCG/health & wellness industries.
- Experience in dealing with premium clients or export markets is a strong plus.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior and expectations.
- Fluent in English (Fluency in Mandarin is a strong advantage).
- Highly presentable, confident, and able to build rapport with high-level clients.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to visual and brand alignment.
- Proactive, target-driven, and independent with a collaborative mindset.
- Able to work across international markets.
- Passionate about health, wellness, or traditional superfoods.
- Able to travel domestically or internationally as needed.
