Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic, communicative, and target-driven individual to join our team as a Sales & Marketing Executive in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. This role will play a key part in developing customer networks, driving sales growth, and building strong brand awareness.
Qualifications:
Minimum education: Diploma/Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
At least 13 years of experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in the F&B industry.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented with proven track record of achieving sales goals.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media is a plus.
Owns a personal vehicle and valid driving license is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
Identify new market opportunities and conduct competitor research.
Develop and execute promotional strategies and marketing campaigns (both online & offline).
Manage engaging content for social media and digital platforms.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing activities.
Support branding initiatives and promotional events.
