This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at PT SUCACO Tbk. The role involves daily sales and marketing tasks, focusing on customer communication, service, training, and sales management. The position is based in Kalideres with the flexibility to work from home part of the time.

Job description

• Maintain good relations with related parties.
• Respond to all forms of questions and complaints from customers or related parties.
• Negotiate with customers regarding products, prices and specifications.
• Make reports to superiors after reviewing activities that have been carried out and achieved.
• Create strategic market.

Qualifications

• Mandarin Speaker is a Must
• Excellent in Mandarin (Speaking and Translation).
• Bachelor&aposs Degree in any major.
• On going study / Fresh Graduate are welcome.
• Strong interpersonal communication,Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Required skills: administration, computerization, office work, archiving, Able to operate a computer (Proficient in using Microsoft Office Excel, outlook, Power Point)
