Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kecamatan Medan Denai for a Sales And Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing client relationships, and promoting the company's innovative CRM solutions. Daily tasks include engaging prospective clients, delivering tailored product presentations, supporting sales campaigns, analyzing client needs, and training clients on optimizing the platform's features. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with marketing teams to design impactful campaigns and driving customer satisfaction by offering excellent service.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to meet targets and nurture client relationships
  • Experience in Training individuals or teams, particularly in the use of CRM or sales platforms
  • Proficient in creating and executing marketing strategies to expand client base
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights, with a focus on improving campaign and sales outcomes
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Background in high-velocity call operations, SaaS, or CRM technology is a plus
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
