Job Description

Job Role:

The Sales & Marketing Manager will drive offline sales growth, HORECA penetration, distribution expansion, and field marketing execution across Bali. This role focuses on customer acquisition, relationship strengthening, market visibility, and commercial execution, not digital branding.

  • The position requires a networked operator in Bali's F&B scene with strong contacts among hotels, clubs, cafs, restaurants, wine distributors, premium beverage buyers, and offline wholesalers, able to manage a sales team and deliver measurable volume increases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HORECA-focused offline sales strategy to acquire new customers and deepen market penetration in Bali.
  • Expand and manage distributor networks, beverage buyers, and channel partners for bottled water products.
  • Regularly visit hotels, premium restaurants, bars, cafs, beach clubs, hospitality operators, and liquor distributors to drive volume orders.
  • Maintain and grow a high-quality customer database, record market intelligence, and track buying behavior.
  • Manage, train, and evaluate a 34 person sales team, ensuring execution discipline and activity tracking.
  • Conduct offline product activation, sampling, and venue-based outreach.
  • Perform sales analysis, pricing evaluations, and volume tracking, reporting directly to the Director.
  • Represent the brand professionally in customer meetings, negotiations, events, and site visits.
  • Meet monthly revenue, volume, and new-account acquisition targets.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in any major.
  • Experience:
  • At least 5 years in the Sales & Marketing functions, selling F&B, HORECA, beverages, or premium drinks.
  • Exposure to wines, high-end drinks, water brands, or beverage distribution in Bali.
  • Spent the last 3 years in managerial or leadership level.
  • Technical & Professional Competencies:
  • Proven offline sales execution.
  • Strong Bali HORECA network (has existing customer contacts in Bali)
  • Distributor management and customer portfolio building.
  • Team leadership (34 people).
  • Sales analysis & reporting.
  • Personal Traits:
  • Excellent communication & negotiation.
  • Independent operator able to execute with minimal supervision.
  • Language: English (fluency in spoken and written on a professional level to communicate with users, management, and headquarters).
