Role Description The Sales and Marketing Management Trainee is a full-time, on-site role based in Surabaya. The trainee will support daily sales activities, including prospecting potential clients, presenting company products and services, and following up leads to build long-term relationships. Responsibilities include assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, participating in client education sessions, and contributing to promotional events and outreach programs. The role also involves learning and applying sales management practices, preparing reports on sales performance, and collaborating with senior team members to improve strategies. The trainee will receive structured training in financial products, company procedures, and regulatory standards to grow into a future leadership position.
