What you'll do:
- Support admin work related to partnership documents (MoU) with outsourcing partners
- Help organize and manage training data for Retail Sales Agents (SPG/SPB)
- Assist in tracking and recapping sales agent performance (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Support communication with Retail Sales Agents and ensure everything runs smoothly
- Help prepare simple reports and highlight any issues happening in the field
- Assist with billing administration and ensure supporting data is complete
- Get involved in improvement projects to make processes more efficient
What we're looking for:
- Final year student or fresh graduate (Economics, Management, or related field)
- Interested in sales, operations, or data
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel (basic formulas are a plus!)
- Good communication skills
- Detail oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- A team player who's open to feedback
Program Details:
This is a 3 month internship program, where you'll gain hands on experience, mentorship from the team, and real exposure to how sales operations run in a dynamic environment.
You'll not just assist. You'll learn, contribute, and grow along the way!
