Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct telemarketing activities to promote and offer the company's products or services.
  • Handle the admission and sales process, including explaining programs/products, following up with leads, and closing sales.
  • Manage and maintain lead and customer databases in a structured and systematic manner.
  • Provide excellent service to prospective customers and respond to inquiries related to products or services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports on telemarketing results, sales achievements, and admission progress.
  • Focus on achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Minimum education of Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major, preferably in Management / Business Administration, Marketing / Communication, Public Relations, Psychology, Tourism / Hospitality.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in Sales, Admissions, or Telemarketing.
  • Experienced in telemarketing activities, outbound calls, lead follow-ups, and closing sales.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools such as Mekari Qontak is a plus.
  • Professional appearance, confident, and highly proactive.
