Conduct telemarketing activities to promote and offer the company's products or services.
Handle the admission and sales process, including explaining programs/products, following up with leads, and closing sales.
Manage and maintain lead and customer databases in a structured and systematic manner.
Provide excellent service to prospective customers and respond to inquiries related to products or services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
Prepare regular reports on telemarketing results, sales achievements, and admission progress.
Focus on achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
Minimum education of Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major, preferably in Management / Business Administration, Marketing / Communication, Public Relations, Psychology, Tourism / Hospitality.
At least 2 years of work experience in Sales, Admissions, or Telemarketing.
Experienced in telemarketing activities, outbound calls, lead follow-ups, and closing sales.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools such as Mekari Qontak is a plus.
