Sales Administrator

Job Descriptions:

• Create monthly reports on AWS usage for internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare monthly reports on AWS Voucher Credit usage.
• Support internal teams with AWS billing questions and processes
• Help create and maintain documentation (SOPs, reports, archives).
• Work closely with team members to solve problems and improve processes.
• Always be open to learning and improving.

Qualifications:

• Skilled in Excel, especially Pivot Tables, Lookup formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH), Conditional Formatting, and Charts.
• Willing to learn and grow (growth mindset).
• Team player with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Familiar with AWS Cost Explorer and AWS Budgets
• Experience in making cloud usage and credit reports (would be a plus point).
• Good at organizing documents and reports.
