ASUS is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support Sales function. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate sales data management, sales support reporting.
Key Responsibilites:
- Sales Data Management - Collect, input, and maintain accurate sales data in CRM and ERP systems.
- Sales Support Reporting - Generate regular sales reports (weekly, monthly) for management and sales teams program such as Incentive Trip, Promotion Program, Sellout Program, Display Program
- CRM and System Maintenance - Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate sales activities, leads, and opportunities. Support system audits and data cleansing initiatives. Documentation and Compliance
- Data and Letter Documentation - Ensure all sales documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies. Maintain organized records of Letter of Contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
- Cross-Functional Coordination - Liaise with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align on sales processes and data accuracy
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Operations, or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization)
- Fluent communicate in English
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
