About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Actively seeking and identifying new corporate clients through research, networking, and prospecting.
  • Initiating contact and building relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders within target companies.
  • Presenting SiCepat's range of services and solutions to prospective clients.
  • Tailoring logistics solutions to meet the unique needs of new corporate customers.
  • Leading the negotiation and closing of deals with corporate clients.
  • Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for newly acquired clients.
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Maintaining up to date knowledge of SiCepat's services and the competitive landscape in the logistics industry.
  • Tracking and reporting on sales progress, pipeline, and performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any major.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Corporate Sales.
  • Proven experience in acquiring new corporate clients.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with decision makers.
  • Able to analyze client needs and propose suitable logistics solutions.
  • Experienced in negotiation and deal closing.
  • Target driven and comfortable working with sales KPIs.
  • Able to coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding.
  • Familiar with CRM tools and basic sales reporting.
  • Experience in logistics or courier industry is a plus.
