We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Safety Staff to join our team in Cikampek. The ideal candidate is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment, has strong attention to detail, and is capable of supporting HSE programs through inspections, risk assessments, and continuous monitoring.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the HSE Officer in all assigned scope of work and daily safety operations.
- Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventive measures to reduce hazards in the workplace.
- Perform routine HSE inspections in accordance with established HSE programs and standards.
- Support the implementation of HSE programs, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor activities of Operational and Technical Services to ensure compliance with safety procedures.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly and monthly HSE reports.
Requirements:
- Major related, such as S1K3, S1Public Health, D3Fire and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or other relevant fields.
- Work experience: 12 years in HSE/Safety (fresh graduates with internship experience may also apply).
- Hold a valid AK3U (Ahli K3 Umum) certification.
- Familiar in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong understanding of HSE regulations and safety procedures.
- Willing to be placed in Cikampek.
