SaaS Business Unit HeadRequirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree (MBA) is a plus.
- 812 years of experience in the SaaS industry.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 1020 people or more.
- Experience with P&L management, operations, and business development is a strong plus.
- Strong business acumen in SaaS business models.
- Ability to analyze operational data: utilization, margin, SLA, productivity, and workforce planning.
- Skilled in negotiation, proposal management, and client engagement.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.

Job Description:
i. Business & Strategic Leadership
- Define strategic direction and develop SaaS business roadmap aligned with company vision.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for SaaS offerings.
- Manage and be accountable for revenue, gross profit, net profit, and resource utilization targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and expand strategic client networks.
ii. Operational Excellence & Delivery
- Ensure all services operate effectively, efficiently, and meet Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Oversee end-to-end SaaS operational processes.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for SOPs, workflows, and quality standards.
iii. Client Management & Stakeholder Engagement
- Maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients and support issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely with Sales & Commercial teams on pricing, proposals, contracts, and large-scale negotiations.
- Guide teams to meet client needs responsively and enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Represent the company in meetings, external engagements, or industry forums.
iv. Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, direct, and develop cross-functional teams.
- Set KPIs and conduct monthly and annual performance evaluations.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance team competence and productivity.
- Build a collaborative culture focused on ownership, speed, and service quality.
v. Reporting & Governance
- Prepare and present business unit performance reports to the Board of Management.
- Ensure operations comply with company policies, legal requirements, and professional ethics.
- Contribute to annual budget preparation and monitor business unit expenditures.
