Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with other systems.
- Work with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
- Manage and optimize databases (PostgreSQL, Redis) for performance and scalability.
- Implement test-driven development (TDD) practices using RSpec and Capybara.
- Utilize version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines for efficient development workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile methodologies.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring high-performance applications.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails development.
- Strong understanding of Ruby, Rails, and related frameworks.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React).
- Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
- Familiarity with database management (PostgreSQL, Redis).
- Knowledge of Git and best practices in CI/CD.
- Experience with test-driven development (RSpec, Capybara).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and team collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
