The Role
As an RPO Recruiter at Nadi Talent Group, you will act as a dedicated recruitment partner to our clients, managing the recruitment funnel from inbound application screening through candidate interview coordination and documentation readiness.
This is a performance-driven role with strong emphasis on speed, organization, and candidate care.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Review: Screen high volumes of inbound applications and identify strong candidates quickly and consistently.
- Candidate Vetting: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, communication ability, and overall fit.
- Interview Management: Coordinate interview scheduling, confirmations, and candidate preparation.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate candidate tracking and ensure steady pipeline flow against hiring targets.
- Documentation Readiness: Ensure candidate profiles are complete and client-ready, including CV quality, screening notes, and required documentation for overseas placement.
- Stakeholder Updates: Provide clear updates internally and support communication between candidates and clients.
- Process Improvement: Identify ways to improve sourcing, screening workflows, and candidate pipeline efficiency.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably within an agency or RPO environment.
- Proven experience recruiting for International markets.
- Strong background in high-volume hiring environments.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Highly organized with strong follow-through on candidate communication and documentation.
- Availability to work late-evening hours to support international clients.
- Bonus: Experience recruiting for hospitality, F&B, or overseas manpower placement.
