The Role
As an RPO Recruiter at Nadi Talent Group, you will act as a dedicated recruitment partner for our US-based clients. This is a high-volume, fast-paced hiring environment where we play a critical role in helping companies scale their operations rapidly. Your focus will be on driving the recruitment funnel, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience from application to client interview.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Review: Efficiently screen high volumes of inbound applications to identify top-tier talent.
- Candidate Vetting: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interview Management: Coordinate and schedule interviews throughout the evaluation process.
- Pipeline Management: Proactively manage candidate flows to ensure hiring targets are consistently met.
Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting within the US or European markets.
- Strong background in high-volume hiring environments with the ability to manage large candidate pools with precision.
- Experienced in navigating ATS platforms; specifically, familiarity with high-volume hiring platforms (Fountain, Paradox, etc) is a significant plus.
- Must be available to work EST (Eastern Standard Time) hours to align with our US client base.
- Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to represent our clients professionally during interviews.
