Role Description
This is a contract role for a RPA Developer at PT. IDStar Cipta Teknologi located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The RPA Developer will be responsible for robotics, process automation, software development, and utilizing analytical skills to improve communication within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 23 years of hands-on experience in RPA development, specifically using UIPath and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Strong understanding of automation concepts, process mapping, and workflow design.
- Experience in analyzing business processes and creating automation solutions from end-to-end.
- Proficiency in programming or scripting languages (e.g., VB.NET, C#, Python, or JavaScript) is a plus.
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, and system integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Job Description
- Develop, design, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UIPath and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
- Create, test, and deploy automation workflows, ensuring they meet quality standards and business needs.
- Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot existing RPA processes to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime.
- Document technical designs, workflows, and process changes for future reference.
- Provide training or knowledge transfer to team members or end users on developed automation solutions.
