RPA Developer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an RPA Developer, located in Jakarta. The RPA Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation solutions. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business processes for automation potential, creating and testing bots, and maintaining and optimizing previously developed bots. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and communication of automation solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in Robotics and Process Automation at least 4 years
• Strong Analytical Skills and Software Development abilities
• Effective Communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in RPA tools and platforms, especially Power Automate
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Understanding of best practices in RPA implementation and maintenance
• Willing to work from office (Jakarta area)
