Purpose Job :
To implement risk management, ensure the completeness of the Risk Register, carry out timely mitigation, monitor risk levels, and analyze industry trends and the potential impact of emerging risks on the company.
Job Description :
- Ensure that risk management policies and methodologies are effectively implemented.
- Implement and manage the company's risk management process.
- Control corporate risks and ensure the completeness of the Risk Register.
- Ensure that risk mitigation actions are executed according to schedule.
- Monitor risk levels and prepare forward-looking projections.
- Review performance through the Early Warning & Risk Indicator Dashboard.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly risk implementation review reports.
- Organize risk management training, socialization, and discussion sessions.
- Act as an advisor and facilitator for the company's risk management system.
- Facilitate Risk Assessments (identification, analysis, and evaluation).
- Provide recommendations for mitigation and identify emerging risks.
- Manage the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) system and coordinate among risk owners.
- Analyze financial reports and contracts for risk evaluation.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and new risks along with their potential impacts.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Economics.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in risk management, preferably in coal mining contracting.
- Possess a professional certification as a Certified Risk Management Officer (CRMO).
- Proficient in Power BI, Data Science, and/or Power Apps.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
