Perform the identification and analytical assessment of financial, operational, compliance, legal, and strategic risks using standardized ERM methodologies.
Analyze risk likelihood, impact, trends, and interdependencies to generate forward-looking insights that support risk prioritization and management decisions.
Update and maintain risk registers, risk scoring models, and assessment tools in alignment with the Group's ERM framework and ISO 31000 standards.
Monitor and analyze Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and early warning signals to detect emerging risks and threshold breaches.
Evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigation plans and internal controls, identify residual risks, and propose initial data-driven improvement actions.
Produce consolidated risk dashboards, heat maps, and analytical reports to provide clear visibility of risk exposure.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Internal Audit to ensure consistency of risk data, documentation, and escalation processes within the three lines of defense model.
Support the integration of risk analysis outputs into business planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives by providing independent, objective risk insights.
Requirements:
Min Bachelor's degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, Law, or related fields.
Professional certification (nice to have): ISO 31000 Risk Management, CRMO, ERM fundamentals, or equivalent.
Experience (24 years) in risk management, internal audit, compliance, finance, or business analytics.
Exposure to cross-functional processes (Finance, Legal, Operations) is an advantage.
