Develop and implement risk frameworks tailored to the organization's needs.
Prepare comprehensive risk reports in compliance with OJK regulations
Prepare comprehensive risk reports for Risk Committee
Conduct thorough reviews of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and product processes to identify potential risks and areas for improvement
Solvency monitoring analysis and capital management
Design and implement Asset Liability Management (ALM) strategies and stress testing scenarios and methodologies
Ensure investment activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Requirements

Experienced minimum 1 year in a risk management role within the insurance industry
Fresh graduates with an internship background in Risk Management are welcome to apply.
Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong self-motivation and ability to take initiative
Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in risk management
Comprehensive understanding of both operational and financial risk concepts
Possession of relevant risk management certifications is highly desirable
Familiarity with actuarial principles and methodologies is advantageous
