  • Develop and implement risk frameworks tailored to the organization's needs.
  • Prepare comprehensive risk reports in compliance with OJK regulations
  • Prepare comprehensive risk reports for Risk Committee
  • Conduct thorough reviews of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and product processes to identify potential risks and areas for improvement
  • Solvency monitoring analysis and capital management
  • Design and implement Asset Liability Management (ALM) strategies and stress testing scenarios and methodologies
  • Ensure investment activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Requirements

  • Experienced minimum 1 year in a risk management role within the insurance industry
  • Fresh graduates with an internship background in Risk Management are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to take initiative
  • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in risk management
  • Comprehensive understanding of both operational and financial risk concepts
  • Possession of relevant risk management certifications is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with actuarial principles and methodologies is advantageous
