Develop, update, and disseminate Commercial Credit Policies and Counterparty Risk Management.
Review proposed/amended Commercial Policies, Credit/Product Programs, Commercial Credit Procedures, and other new bank products related to commercial risk and counterparty risk.
Conduct Credit Stress Testing in the commercial and counterparty segments.
Prepare report materials for the Risk Management Committee regarding commercial credit risk exposures and credit concentration risk exposures, including for reporting the Bank&aposs health level and credit risk profile to regulators.
Develop commercial credit, credit concentration, and counterparty risk management processes in line with the development and complexity of the Bank&aposs portfolio.
Serve as a consultative partner with other parties or participate in initiatives (if necessary) related to the calculation of the standard Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) model for commercial credit, credit concentration, and counterparty risk.
Follow up on audit findings in the commercial credit and counterparty areas within the Credit Risk Management Division.
Requirements:
Minimum education: Bachelor&aposs degree (S1) in Finance, Economics, Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or other equivalent studies.
Minimum 5 years of work experience in Banking, Financial institutions, or Risk Management.
Hold a Risk Management certificate from BSMR, with a level that meets regulatory requirements.
Understand the rules and regulations related to banking, especially commercial credit, issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and other regulatory agencies.
Possess good communication skills and computer skills, at least Microsoft Office.
Possess strong individual management and leadership skills, particularly in delegating tasks and coaching.
Possess adaptable personality traits, high stress tolerance, and a strong drive for achievement.
