Risk Management Analyst - Zurich Asuransi Indonesia

Job Summary

Contributes to the timely and accurate execution of assigned activities for designated areas of responsibility across the risk management lifecycle. Collaborates effectively within Group Risk Management and provides support to more senior members of the team in the review and challenge to the first line of defense.

Job Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum of bachelor's degree from Reputable University
• Having 4- 5years experience in Risk Management Analysis or related role
• Background experience in Banking, Insurance, or Financial Industries is preferred
• Strong analytical thinking and good communication skill

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

1. Supports risk managers in matters requiring their attention. Contributes to meetings to provide guidance, updates or advice on projects and initiatives in assigned area. Collects and prepares information, data and presentations with guidance from risk managers. Supports engagement with first line to ensure that risk management activities are being completed on a timely basis.
2. Governance: Supports with the collection of information for policies and other governance documents.
3. Risk Appetite: Understands the risk appetite and tolerance for areas of responsibility.
4. Risk Identification and Assessment: Supports the 2nd line review and challenge activities.
5. Risk Response: Supports the review and challenge of proposed 1st line risk responses.
6. Monitoring: Assists with performing risk monitoring activities.
7. Assurance: Supports assurance activities.
8. Reporting: Contributes to the production of risk reporting.
9. Engagement: Supports the 1st line to adopt GRM tools, templates and methodologies.
10. Training: Supports with the development of training materials.
