Job Description
- Lead the development, enhancement, and implementation of the enterprise risk management (ERM) framework, including operational, regulatory, financial, and technology risks.
- Ensure the company's compliance with all Bappebti, OJK, AML/CTF, and datagovernance regulations applicable to crypto asset trading and custody.
- Oversee regulatory filings, licensing requirements, and compliance reporting, ensuring timely submission and full completeness.
- Partner closely with product, operations, security, and engineering teams to assess risks, identify control gaps, and implement mitigation plans.
- Conduct internal audits, compliance reviews, and policy updates to ensure standards remain aligned with industry best practices.
- Manage relationships with regulators, external auditors, and compliance partners.
- Lead compliance training and awareness programs for internal teams.
- Monitor evolving crypto regulations and proactively advise the leadership team on compliance and operational impacts.
The Successful Applicant
- 5-10 years of experience in risk management, compliance, internal audit, or regulatory roles within crypto exchanges, fintech, digital banking, securities, or asset management.
- Strong understanding of Bappebti regulations, crypto operational flows, AML/CTF standards, and technology risk.
- Proven experience in building or managing risk & compliance frameworks.
- Strong stakeholdermanagement skills and the ability to work crossfunctionally in a fastpaced tech environment.
- High integrity, analytical thinking, and comfort navigating emerging regulatory environments.
