This is a full-time on-site role for a Rigger Reliability position located in Batam. The Rigger Reliability will be responsible for ensuring the safety and functionality of rigging operations. Daily tasks include inspecting and maintaining rigging equipment, setting up rigging gear, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with other team members to execute lifting plans. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and adherence to project deadlines.

• Experience with rigging equipment and its maintenance
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards related to rigging
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with other departments
• Good physical condition with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Relevant certifications in rigging or similar qualifications
• Previous experience in an industrial or construction setting is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
