Qualifications
- Skills in Health & Safety, Occupational Health, and Workplace Safety
- Experience with Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Safety Training
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and compliance practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and investigations
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health, or related field is preferred
- Certification in health and safety or EHS is a plus
- Proven ability to work independently and within a team
Job Description
- Support the preparation of tender documents related to HSE aspects as a consulted party.
- Responsible for the process of hazard identification and impact aspect assessment, and coordinating with relevant teams.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining effective HSE procedures in compliance with regulations.
- Accountable for preparing the HSE Plan document as the main party ensuring its completion and compliance with standards.
- Actively involved in conducting HSE training for employees and ensuring the completeness of training materials.
- Directly involved in the execution of routine HSE inspections and monitoring field findings.
- Responsible for preparing reports and evaluating the results of HSE program implementation.
- Play a role in planning and coordinating periodic emergency response drills with relevant teams.
- Responsible for reporting and investigating HSE incidents with relevant parties to prevent recurrence in the future.
- Serve as a consulted party in developing and disseminating lessons learned from incidents or internal audits.
- Responsible for conducting internal audits related to the HSE system to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Serve as a consulted party in the implementation and reporting of the Occupational Health and Safety Committee (P2K3) programs.
