Job Description

  • Develop and maintain competitive compensation structures, including base pay, incentive programs, and executive compensation
  • Conduct regular market benchmarking and job evaluations to ensure salary structures are competitive and equitable
  • Design and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks
  • Evaluate and select benefits vendors, negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effective and comprehensive benefits offerings
  • Assist in developing and implementing the overall rewards strategy in alignment with the organization's goals
  • Develop policies and procedures for rewards programs and ensure consistent application across the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • More than 3 years experience in compensation and benefits
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations and best practices
  • Proven experience in designing and managing compensation and benefits programs
  • Salary survey experience
  • Deep knowledge Rewards Business process
  • Willing to work in BSD, South Tangerang
