Job Description

Develop and maintain competitive compensation structures, including base pay, incentive programs, and executive compensation
Conduct regular market benchmarking and job evaluations to ensure salary structures are competitive and equitable
Design and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks
Evaluate and select benefits vendors, negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effective and comprehensive benefits offerings
Assist in developing and implementing the overall rewards strategy in alignment with the organization's goals
Develop policies and procedures for rewards programs and ensure consistent application across the organization

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
More than 3 years experience in compensation and benefits
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations and best practices
Proven experience in designing and managing compensation and benefits programs
Salary survey experience
Deep knowledge Rewards Business process
Willing to work in BSD, South Tangerang
