What this role is aboutAs a Revenue Manager at voco Bandung Setiabudi, you help shape how our hotel performs commercially by making smart, well-timed decisions on pricing and availability. This role blends data, market insight, and collaboration to drive sustainable revenue while staying true to our brand promise of being reliably different.
What you'll do- Monitor room rates, occupancy, and demand to optimize ADR, RevPAR, and overall revenue.
- Set and adjust pricing across all channels (brand.com, OTA, GDS, corporate, and groups).
- Forecast demand and analyze booking trends, pickup, and market data.
- Ensure rates and inventory are accurate and consistent across all platforms.
- Track competitor performance and market movement.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Front Office, and Finance to stay aligned.
- Prepare clear, practical revenue reports and share insights with management.
- Use revenue systems (PMS, RMS, channel manager) to support daily decisions.
What we're looking for- 35 years experience in Revenue Management within a 4- or 5-star hotel.
- Comfortable working with numbers and systems, with a strong sense of commercial impact.
- Good understanding of pricing, forecasting, and distribution channels.
- Confident using PMS, RMS, channel managers, and Excel.
- A collaborative communicator who enjoys working across teams.
- Curious, proactive, and aligned with international hotel brand standards.
