Revenue Manager

Role Description

The Revenue Manager will oversee pricing strategies, inventory control, and demand forecasting across hotels and residences to maximize revenue and profitability. Daily responsibilities include monitoring market trends and competitor performance, analyzing booking patterns, and adjusting rate structures and distribution channels accordingly. The role will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with business goals and seasonal demand. The Revenue Manager will also prepare regular performance reports, support budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensure accurate revenue recognition in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong Revenue Management and Revenue Recognition skills, with experience implementing effective pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies.
• Solid forecasting, budgeting, and accurate financial reporting.
• Advanced Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, trend analysis, and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience in hospitality revenue management (hotels, resorts, or serviced residences) is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with revenue management systems, PMS, and channel managers; strong Excel and data reporting capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under time-sensitive conditions in a fast-paced environment.
