Assistant Revenue Manager — K Club Ubud

Location: Ubud, Bali

K-Club is a luxury resort with 30 serviced villas, ranging from 2 to 5 bedrooms. Each villa offers stunning views of lush jungles, scenic paddy fields, and manicured gardens. Designed for comfort and elegance, K-Club blends modern luxury with traditional charm, ensuring a serene and unforgettable stay.

K-Club Ubud is seeking an analytical and strategic Assistant Revenue Manager to join our commercial team. This senior commercial role is instrumental in maximizing revenue, optimizing pricing strategies, and driving sustainable financial success for our luxury portfolio of 30 serviced villas in Ubud, Bali. The ideal candidate will blend a strong background in hospitality revenue management with a proven ability to analyze market trends and manage distribution channels, while working closely with sales and operations to ensure refined guest experiences and optimal profitability. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly demand trends, competitor pricing, and market dynamics to recommend and implement optimal pricing and inventory strategies for the 2 to 5-bedroom luxury villa segment.
  • Manage and optimize all distribution channels, including Property Management Systems (PMS), Channel Managers, Central Reservation Systems (CRS), and Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) to ensure rate parity and maximize visibility.
  • Assist in preparing accurate rolling revenue forecasts, annual budgets, and monthly performance reports for the management team, highlighting key revenue drivers and areas of opportunity.
  • Conduct regular competitive benchmarking and market share analysis using industry tools to maintain K-Club's competitive edge in Ubud's luxury hospitality sector.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to design targeted promotions, packages, and tactical campaigns that stimulate demand during low seasons and maximize yield during peak periods.
  • Work with the Reservations team to monitor booking pace, manage overbooking profiles, and ensure the execution of inventory controls and restriction strategies.
  • Lead regular revenue strategy meetings in the absence of the Revenue Manager, providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a revenue management role (Assistant Revenue Manager or Senior Revenue Analyst) within the luxury hospitality industry, preferably in Bali.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with a strong quantitative focus.
  • Advanced analytical skills with a proven track record of translating complex data sets into actionable revenue-generating strategies.
  • High proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS), Channel Managers, Rate Shopping tools, and advanced Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data modeling).
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Strong communication skills to present data clearly to non-revenue team members.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Deep understanding of the Bali luxury villa market, distribution landscape, and seasonal demand patterns.
