Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and promotional effectiveness by developing data-driven pricing and campaign recommendations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams, as well as external partners, to align on revenue priorities and ensure strong execution.
  • Lead key merchandising workstreams, including assortment analysis, margin optimization, and demand forecasting to enhance category performance.
  • Analyze sales, profitability, and promotional performance to generate actionable insights and recommend growth opportunities.
  • Own revenue forecasting models, support financial planning processes, and monitor promotional budgets to balance growth objectives with profitability targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree from reputable universities.
  • 36 years of experience in commercial, merchandising, revenue management, category, or business analysis roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, margin, and promotional performance data.
  • Experience supporting pricing, promotional campaigns, or revenue optimization initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic financial modeling); familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Understanding of merchandising fundamentals, including assortment planning, margin structures, and demand forecasting.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, supply chain, or finance teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work in a hybrid arrangement.
