This role sits at the intersection of revenue strategy, distribution, and technology supporting hotels to perform better, faster, and more consistently across direct and indirect channels.

Job Description

The Revenue Distribution & Development Manager role is to focuses on developing and implementing distribution strategies, supporting system and connectivity optimization, and ensuring properties are effectively enabled to leverage both direct and indirect channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead distribution and system-related processes for pre-opening hotels, including system setup, connectivity readiness, and OTA registration within agreed timelines.
  • Support and manage large-scale system transitions and platform enhancements, ensuring business continuity, data integrity, and minimal disruption to commercial performance.
  • Work closely with technical teams to support the setup, optimization, and effective use of hotel systems and connectivity platforms (PMS, RMS, Channel Manager, GDS, OTA connectivity).
  • Implement and monitor group-level revenue distribution strategies across all properties.
  • Deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions related to distribution tools, systems, and best practices.
  • Act as a subject matter resource for distribution systems, connectivity, and commercial enablement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel revenue management, distribution, or commercial roles, preferably in a multi-property or corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of hotel distribution systems and connectivity (PMS, RMS, Channel Manager, GDS, OTA platforms).
  • Comfortable working with systems, data, and structured processes.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with commercial and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving, and execution skills.
  • Able to communicate complex system or technical concepts in a clear and practical manner.
  • Proactive, structured, and improvement-driven mindset with interest in building scalable solutions.
