Revenue and E-Commerce Manager — K Club Ubud
Location: Ubud, Bali

K-Club is a luxury resort with 30 serviced villas, ranging from 2 to 5 bedrooms. Each villa offers stunning views of lush jungles, scenic paddy fields, and manicured gardens. Designed for comfort and elegance, K-Club blends modern luxury with traditional charm, ensuring a serene and unforgettable stay.

K-Club Ubud is seeking an analytical and strategic Revenue & e-Commerce Manager to join our commercial team. The Revenue & E-Commerce Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing overall revenue optimization, dynamic pricing, and digital distribution strategies to maximize room and resort profitability. This role encompasses demand forecasting, yield management, Online Travel Agent (OTA) channel management, Direct Booking Engine (IBE) optimization, rate parity enforcement, and strategic data analytics. The Revenue & E-Commerce Manager works closely with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Front Office) and external distribution partners to achieve RevPAR, ADR, and market share objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies, inventory restrictions, and rate plans based on demand, seasonality, and market conditions across all villa categories (2–5 bedrooms).
  • Prepare daily, monthly, and annual revenue forecasts and budgets by analyzing booking pace, historical performance, occupancy, length of stay, and cancellation trends.
  • Manage OTA platforms, including Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Trip.com, and Traveloka, ensuring optimal content, visibility, promotions, and distribution performance.
  • Optimize direct booking channels, website conversion, and booking engine performance through strategic packages, value-added offers, and collaboration with Digital Marketing.
  • Manage distribution systems, including Channel Manager, CRS, and PMS integrations, ensuring rate parity, accurate inventory mapping, and seamless reservation flow.
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitive benchmarking to optimize pricing, market positioning, and revenue performance.
  • Lead regular revenue strategy meetings with the General Manager, Resort Manager, Sales & Marketing, Reservations, and Front Office teams to review performance and implement revenue improvement strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, RGI, direct booking ratio, OTA commission costs, and forecast accuracy.
  • Prepare regular revenue performance reports and provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Monitor and optimize overall revenue profitability by analyzing distribution costs, OTA commissions, operating expenses, and revenue contribution across all villa categories to maximize net revenue and business performance.
  • Provide guidance, training, and performance monitoring for the Reservations and E-Commerce team to ensure effective implementation of revenue strategies, accurate system management, and achievement of commercial targets.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a revenue and e-commerce management role within the luxury hospitality industry, preferably in Bali.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with a strong quantitative focus.
  • Advanced analytical skills with a proven track record of translating complex data sets into actionable revenue-generating strategies.
  • High proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS), Channel Managers, Rate Shopping tools, and advanced Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data modeling).
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Strong communication skills to present data clearly to non-revenue team members.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Deep understanding of the Bali luxury villa market, distribution landscape, and seasonal demand patterns.
