Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ubud for a Retreat Manager. The Retreat Manager will oversee the daily operations of the retreat, manage staff, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include maintaining high standards of hospitality, coordinating with various departments, managing budgets and resources, addressing guest needs, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Retreat Manager will also play a key role in developing & executing programmes that meets guests value and needs.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in hospitality management, guest relations, and customer service
• Budget management, planning, and operational efficiency skills
• Ability to work on-site in Ubud and adapt quickly to dynamic environments
• Proficiency in basic software tools and familiarity with property management systems
• Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or related fields is preferred
• Prior experience in boutique or luxury hospitality environments is advantageous
