Retail Sales Advisor

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bali, Indonesia, for a Retail Sales Advisor. In this position, the Retail Sales Advisor will assist customers with product selection, provide exceptional customer service, and share knowledge about specialty coffee and brewing techniques. The role includes managing day-to-day store operations, maintaining an organized and visually appealing store layout, and ensuring inventory is adequately stocked. The Retail Sales Advisor will also handle transactions, respond to customer inquiries, and support promotional activities to enhance the in-store experience.

• Customer Service and Sales skills, including the ability to interact professionally with customers and provide personalized recommendations
• Strong knowledge of coffee products, brewing methods, and specialty coffee culture or a willingness to learn
• Organization and attention to detail for maintaining store layout and managing inventory
• Basic understanding of point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to foster a collaborative work environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a proactive and service-oriented mindset
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in retail, sales, or customer service is advantageous
• Passion for coffee and the ability to share this enthusiasm with others
