Shape the product roadmap and define key product capabilities for payment & transaction segment
Understand and keep abreast of the competitive landscape, as well as have a clear view of the positioning of the products
Identify opportunities for digital innovations in direct payment & transaction products and provide assessment of potential market
Lead end-to-end product development strategy, conceptualization of new product design and prioritization of business requirements, review of technical build/user testing and working with relevant stakeholders to set up operational support for reconciliation and settlement
Collaborate across multiple teams to ensure alignment to roadmap and delivery plan
Monitor product performance and propose changes in customer journeys/features using a data-driven approach
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience with preference in retail banking products, payments/transaction or relevant banking product roles
Familiar with digital payment & transaction, direct debit, or other relevant retail banking products
Good verbal and written communication skills in English to facilitate discussion across stakeholders
Self-starter and a quick learner with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on cross-functional projects
