Job Description:

  • Shape the product roadmap and define key product capabilities for payment & transaction segment
  • Understand and keep abreast of the competitive landscape, as well as have a clear view of the positioning of the products
  • Identify opportunities for digital innovations in direct payment & transaction products and provide assessment of potential market
  • Lead end-to-end product development strategy, conceptualization of new product design and prioritization of business requirements, review of technical build/user testing and working with relevant stakeholders to set up operational support for reconciliation and settlement
  • Collaborate across multiple teams to ensure alignment to roadmap and delivery plan
  • Monitor product performance and propose changes in customer journeys/features using a data-driven approach

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience with preference in retail banking products, payments/transaction or relevant banking product roles
  • Familiar with digital payment & transaction, direct debit, or other relevant retail banking products
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English to facilitate discussion across stakeholders
  • Self-starter and a quick learner with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on cross-functional projects
  • Strong problem-solving and project management
