Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement retail strategies to improve customer experience, drive store sales, and increase overall profitability, including store policies and marketing programs.
  • Oversee daily retail operations by implementing operational standards, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with department managers to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure strong execution of all retail operations aspects, including proper inventory control, accurate stocking, and effective store processes.
  • Forecast staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to ensure adequate and efficient manpower across all store areas.
  • Manage controllable costs and operational expenses to maintain and improve profitability.
  • Ensure product displays and merchandising standards are executed effectively to maximize sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Retail Management, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of operational management strategies, including profitability, store policies, and sales performance.
  • Solid knowledge of inventory management and stock control processes.
  • Proven experience in retail management and store operations.
  • Strong data analysis skills to support operational and sales decisions.
  • Good financial understanding with the ability to analyze store performance and operational costs.
