Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns including grand openings, product launches, roadshows, exhibitions, atrium activations, and festive promotions.
Develop retail event strategies to increase foot traffic, customer engagement, and sales conversion.
Manage activation budgets and ensure ROI-driven execution.
Collaborate with Brand Marketing and Digital Marketing teams for integrated campaign execution.
Channel Support (Dealer / Key Account)
Support dealer networks, distributors, key accounts, and strategic retail partners with marketing tools and growth initiatives.
Develop channel-specific marketing programs to strengthen sell-out performance.
Manage retail partnership branding opportunities and promotional collaboration.
Ensure sales channels receive strong support for campaign execution and market expansion.
Sales Enablement Training
Develop product knowledge programs, retail selling tools, and frontline sales support materials.
Conduct sales training for promoters, retail teams, dealers, and key account staff.
Improve sales presentation standards and product demonstration effectiveness.
Ensure frontline teams understand brand positioning and commercial priorities.
Retail Performance Monitoring
Monitor store productivity, campaign effectiveness, retail traffic, and conversion performance.
Analyze retail sales performance by channel, region, and store type.
Provide actionable insights for improving retail operations and market execution.
Support management reporting for offline channel performance.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, or channel marketing.
Minimum 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong experience in dealer, distributor, key account, and retail channel management.
Experienced in in-store branding, visual merchandising, retail campaigns, and store activation.
Familiar with store renovation, contractor coordination, and retail branding execution.
Strong understanding of offline sales performance, customer journey, and retail conversion.
Experience in sales training, promoter management, and frontline retail operations.
