We are currently seeking a strategic and commercially driven Retail Manager to be based at the LYD Bali Group Management Office. This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing retail performance across our portfolio, ensuring operational excellence, strong brand positioning, and sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

As Retail Manager, you will:

• Develop and execute retail strategies aligned with company objectives
• Monitor and drive sales performance, revenue growth, and profitability across outlets
• Oversee inventory management, stock planning, and supply chain coordination
• Establish and maintain retail SOPs, visual merchandising standards, and brand consistency
• Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports, forecasts, and business insights
• Lead, coach, and develop retail teams to ensure high productivity and engagement
• Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Ensure compliance with operational, financial, and health & safety standards

Requirements

We are looking for a professional who:

• Has minimum 35 years of experience in retail management, preferably within lifestyle, or luxury retail sectors
• Demonstrates strong commercial awareness and business acumen
• Has proven experience in multi-unit retail operations and team leadership
• Possesses solid knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and cost management
• Is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Communicates fluently in English, both spoken and written
• Maintains a professional, well-presented, and confident demeanor
• Is adaptable, proactive, and capable of working in a dynamic environment
