About the Role
Contract period until June 2026, working in a hybrid arrangement
Responsibilities
- Manage D&A monthly Dashboard by channel, ensure the accuracy and distribute the data to Sales team, GTM, Commercial Finance and Trade Finance Team
- Manage incentives data for Salesman (Monthly) and Distributor (Quarterly) based on scheme
- Manage Master Data to BPC System (e.g., Price List maintenance)
- Manage KPI Centralization data (Sales Incentive Program: D&A, D&A to sell out, APPF/promo program, off take target)
- Review APPF/promo program creation for General Trade and Modern Trade and ensure the accuracy in line with promo plan (Timeline, Product SKU, Budget, Promo type) and requirements based on Local Policy (Average 700 APPF monthly, SLA 4 days)
- Review overpayment in Blue Planner for Modern Trade Channel(Average 800 Invoice Monthly, SLA 1 Week)
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree minimum, majoring in Accounting, Finance
- Min 3-5 years of working experience in commercial finance
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), BPCS, TPM system
- Agile, Good communication, Detail Oriented
- Good spoken and written English skill
