Duties:
Brand Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement brand strategies to align with the company's vision and goals.
- Research market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to adapt the brand's approach.
- Ensure that the brand positioning is consistent across all touchpoints, including in-store displays, marketing materials, and digital platforms.
Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (both online and offline) to promote new shoe collections, seasonal releases, or limited editions.
- Work with creative teams (e.g., designers, copywriters) to create compelling advertisements, visuals, and promotional content that speak to the brand's target audience.
Product Development Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure the product lines align with brand identity and consumer preferences.
- Provide input into the design and features of footwear collections based on market research and brand goals.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Monitor sales performance of different shoe styles and collections to assess the effectiveness of branding strategies.
- Develop pricing strategies in line with the brand's market positioning and profitability goals.
- Work closely with the Head of Operation, Merchandising and VM departments to optimize store layout and product placement to maximize sales.
Brand Communication:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels, including social media, email marketing, and advertisements.
- Engage with consumers through social media platforms, blogs, and other digital channels to foster brand loyalty and advocacy.
Retail & In-Store Experience:
- Collaborate with the retail team to enhance the in-store experience, ensuring that displays, signage, and customer interactions reflect the brand's identity.
- Plan and oversee store activations or pop-up events to build awareness and create excitement around new products.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and gaps in the market.
- Regularly analyze the competition to adjust brand strategies as needed.
Partnerships and Influencer Marketing:
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with influencers, athletes, celebrities, or fashion figures to boost brand visibility and credibility.
- Manage and negotiate sponsorships, endorsements, or collaborations that enhance the brand image.
Budget Management:
- Oversee the brand's marketing budget, allocating funds to campaigns, promotions, and collaborations effectively.
- Track ROI of marketing investments and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
Customer Insights & Feedback:
- Gather customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and social media to refine brand strategies and products.
- Use customer insights to influence future product offerings and promotional strategies.
