  • Experience in hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory F & B area.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with daily operations across restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, or lounges.
  • Had experienced monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene levels
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills.
  • Experience in Train, schedule, motivate, and supervise frontline staff and supervisors.
  • Flexible to work weekends and public holidays.
  • Willing to be located in Uluwatu
