Reservations Sales Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as

Reservation Sales Agent for:

The Sankara Beach Resort Penida based office in Celuk - Bali

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all room

reservations, amendments,

and

cancellations with high precision. Ensure professional and prompt responses to guest inquiries across all channels.

Proactively convert inquiries into confirmed bookings to support revenue targets.

Document and manage business leads according to Management's strategic standards.

Requirements:

Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field

Strong verbal and written proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia to handle diverse guest inquiries.

A proactive attitude toward achieving targets and the ability to promote the unique values (USP).

Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) and basic office software to ensure accurate data integrity.
