Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Leverage hiring platform and sourcing tools, job boards, and social media to identify both active and passive candidates.
- Market Research: Map talent landscapes, identify competitor organizations, and generate insights on talent availability.
- Screening & Selection: Conduct initial interviews and assess resumes against job requirements.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.
- Coordination: Support interview scheduling and serve as a key point of contact for candidates.
