This is a full-time, on-site role for a Research and Development Manager at PT Fritto Chicken Indonesia, located in Medan. The R&D Manager will be responsible for overseeing research and development processes, designing and developing new products, improving existing products, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The role involves leading and managing a team, coordinating projects, conducting market research, and collaborating with other departments to align product development with company goals.

• Strong expertise in Research and Development (R&D) and conducting market and product research
• Proven experience in Team Management, Team Leadership, and effectively leading cross-functional teams
• Skilled in Project Management, including planning, organizing, and executing product development tasks
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
