Job Description Summary
The Repair & Maintenance Manager will be responsible for translating corporate reliability strategies into daily action plans, directing multidisciplinary maintenance teams, and ensuring the precise, safe, and efficient execution of corrective, preventive, and emergency work orders. Each site consists of at least 10 plants, covering refineries, biodiesel, kernel crushing, marsho, filling, and utilities. The role guarantees maximum asset uptime and operational continuity by driving workforce productivity, adherence to schedules, and strict compliance with all safety procedures within the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Maintenance framework. This role also supports maintenance projects, applying project management expertise to evaluate and ensure all work details are accurate.
Job Description:
- Implement repair and maintenance strategy aligning with RCM analysis, FMEA, RA, and within WCM framework.
- Managing work orders & daily operations execution for planned and unplanned maintenance across sites.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions from RCA & CI initiation.
- Prioritize daily work on critical equipment.
- Control and monitor KPI target: MTTR, MTBF, %Breakdown, equipment availability & reliability, response time.
- Execute work in compliance: WO compliance, schedule adherence, backlog maintenance.
- Lead and develop technicians including develop competency matrix, skill upgrading.
- Support WCM integration across sites especially for PM, FI, and supporting AM.
- Enforce standards (corrective & preventive maintenance, EHFS) & OPLs implementation.
- Coordinating, collaborating, and supporting RAI manager regarding reliability improvement, spare parts management, and maintenance strategy.
- Support maintenance works & projects by applying project management principles to evaluate and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of all work details.
Job Requirements:
- Min Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical).
- Have minimum 7 years experience in maintenance or engineering role.
- Experience in AM & PM implementation & measure the OEE, MTBF, MTTR, etc as a Continuous Improvement process.
- Familiar with SAP PM, API/ASME/ISO standards and PdM tools.
- Willing to travel to our refineries site.
