Understanding the payroll process and severance calculations.
Detail-oriented.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Handle compensation and benefit administration tasks.
Administer BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and Kesehatan.
Calculate and report Natura Tax.
Process payments.
Record and report PPH21.
Update the employee database in the HRIS system.
